Our well-established client is seeking a Paralegal in Albany, NY and Rochester, NY. This is a Hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Paralegal will include:
Interacts with clients in person, phone, email, and video conferencing
Preparation and review of estate, fiduciary & income tax returns, settlement papers of estates & trusts.
Assembles & organizes financial records for estate tax returns & audits
Assists clients with retitling assets
Drafts, edits & reviews probate, and administration documents
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Paralegal:
3-5+ years' experience with estate administration, preferably in a law firm.
Wills and trusts experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to set and prioritize goals in a fast-paced environment
Strong proofreading & analytical skills
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
