Responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include:
Perform clerical and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct job searches for bidding opportunities and procure permits for projects.
Manage incoming telephone calls and provide assistance as needed.
Typing and sending proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Data entry tasks using Microsoft Access to maintain accurate records.
Coordinate and send material submittals to general contractors and architects.
Assist with various other office tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Office Assistant:
Previous experience in office administration or related fields is preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain efficiency in daily operations.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $18-$22/hr.
