Our well-established client is currently seeking a Support Center Engineer II to join their growing team in the Capital Region.
Responsibilities of the Support Center Engineer include:
Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for managed services customers
Document all pertinent end-user information in ticketing systems
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot patching for devices
Troubleshoot and diagnose error messages and failures
Provide connectivity support for user's devices
Provide exemplary customer service
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Support Center Engineer:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
2+ years of IT engineering experience
Professional certifications a plus
Working experience with Networking, WAN, LAN, Windows Administration
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and self-motivated individual
Detail oriented and deadline driven
