Our well-established client is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their growing team. This role is based in the Latham, NY, area and has an opportunity to become hybrid after the first six months.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Associate will include:

• Preparation and/or review of cash reporting
• Preparation of payments via wire and checks
• Maintaining client and investor wiring instructions across multiple entities
• Monthly or quarterly client financial report preparation, including completion of bank account reconciliations
• Assistance in the coordination of annual tax packages
• Preparation of semi-monthly payrolls using third party vendor
• Perform routine upkeep of client accounting records, encompassing the input of journal entries for payroll, payments, expenses,            and accruals. Additionally, undertake the processing and scrutiny of accounts payable invoices.
• Deliver client-centric services across various aspects, such as recording and analyzing transactions, reconciling accounts, and               assembling financial workpaper packages.
