Our well-established client is currently seeking a Construction Estimator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator will include:

Fulfill client appointments in a timely manner
Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs
Read blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy
Finalize the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimates
Present estimates to clients in a timely and polite manner
Recommend cost-reduction options
Online take off
Assist sales team in final project preparation transactions
Maintain thorough records of all project documentation, including estimates, sales receipts, and project completion documentation
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Construction Estimator:

Bachelor's or associate degree in construction preferred
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated individual
