One of our local clients has an opening for a Product Support Specialistin the Clifton Park, NY area! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented person who enjoys working with their hands.
Responsibilities of the Product Support Specialistwill include:
Answer inbound calls and emails regarding products
Maintain inventory of required materials
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate issues when necessary
Data entry and manage database
Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements
Maintain a clean and neat work environment
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications for the role of Product Support Specialist:
2+ years of customer service experience
Electrical/electronic experience is preferred
Hands-on experience with a good mechanical aptitude
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $55,000 to $75,000 annually.
