Our Client is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join their team. This is a long-term temporary role with excellent potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Fabrication Technician"s responsibilities will include:
Build, assemble, and repair structures made of wood, laminate, wallboard, etc.
Read blueprints and sketches to determine specifications, dimensions, and materials needed
Cut materials according to specifications using hand tools, machines, etc.
Ensure that all projects meet quality standards
Assemble and install display products
Work with tech displays when needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Maintain appropriate documentation
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications for the Fabrication Technician:
Experienced in using hand tools, machines, power saws, etc.
Able to lift 75lbs
Able to stand, bend, kneel, etc. for prolonged periods
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, $18/hr.
