Part-Time Bookkeeper (Temporary | Remote)

Location: Near Albany, NY (Remote)
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible hours (evenings/weekends available)

Position Overview

Our rapidly growing client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to provide part-time support to its finance function. With significant recent growth, this role will assist leadership by handling key accounting tasks and ensuring financial data remains accurate and up to date.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently while staying responsive during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments and transactions
• Maintain and update financial data within QuickBooks Online
• Handle adjustments to invoices and financial records not synced automatically
• Assist with additional accounting support such as cash receipt processing as needed
• Collaborate with leadership and finance team members to ensure timely reporting
