Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000

Position Overview

Our client in the Hudson Valley is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and support core financial operations. This role is responsible for managing accounting activities, supporting financial planning and analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, healthcare finance experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial management activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet tools to prepare reports, models, and reconciliations
• Collaborate with leadership and department managers on financial planning and performance
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes
• Communicate financial information clearly in sensitive and complex situations
