Our growing client with a multi-site portfolio is seeking a data-driven Pricing Analyst to support revenue optimization efforts. This role is responsible for analyzing market conditions, occupancy trends, and performance data to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate insights into clear, actionable pricing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical and current pricing, occupancy, and revenue data to support pricing decisions
Monitor market conditions and competitive pricing to ensure strong positioning
Build, maintain, and enhance pricing models, dashboards, and forecasting tools
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to identify revenue opportunities
Recommend and implement pricing adjustments based on demand, seasonality, and performance trends
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams on promotions and special pricing initiatives
Evaluate product mix and offerings to ensure optimal pricing and marketability
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing pricing performance, forecasts, and market insights
Stay current on industry trends and local market dynamics
Aptitudes Requises
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a similar analytical role
Strong experience with forecasting models and data-driven analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; strong skills with pivot tables and reporting tools
Experience with SQL, Python, or querying databases preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
High attention to detail and a results-oriented, analytical mindset
