Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing operations, content coordination, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality marketing deliverables.
The Marketing Assistant works closely with the marketing team to support digital campaigns, events, and partner initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with execution of multiple marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and partner channels
Support project coordination by maintaining trackers, timelines, task lists, and deadlines
Edit and update marketing materials including presentations, blog posts, and internal documents
Design, deploy, and report on email marketing campaigns; manage and maintain distribution lists
Create, schedule, and report on social media content
Maintain a shared calendar of industry and company-related events
Provide logistical and administrative support for company events and sponsorships as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written communication and proofreading abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines confidently
Experience supporting or executing digital marketing campaigns
Proactive, reliable, and accountable work style
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Microsoft 365, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Analytics preferred
