Our growing and fast-paced client located near Latham, NY is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a team of accounting professionals and oversee daily financial operations. Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager will include:

• Managing daily accounting operations across multiple entities
• Reconciling and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise
• Monitoring and forecasting cash flow
• Overseeing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Supervising collections and customer account management
• Leading the monthly close process and ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Managing vendor relationships and resolving billing issues
• Preparing and filing sales tax returns across various jurisdictions
• Ensuring compliance with year-end 1099 reporting
• Supporting the year-end audit process
• Assisting in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Providing leadership and guidance to a team of five, helping to develop their professional skills
