Responsibilities of the BI Analyst and Developer
Extract data for business reporting and dashboards
Develop SQL table joins and views
Develop SQL data marts/warehouses
Develop ETL processes for global reporting
Ensure data accuracy by testing and validating reports
Document solutions and train users to use tools
Developer a Business Intelligence glossary, reports, and report inventory
Job Requirements
Qualifications for the BI Analyst and Developer
BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other applicable field
3+ years" experience with the following -
MS SQL Server
MS SQL SSRS, and SSDT
BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Creating SQL joins and views
Developing additional SQL tables and data marts
ETL experience from disparate ERP systems
MS Excel, and Excel Pivot tables
Saving reports and dashboards in SharePoint
Experienced in user training
Strong communication skills
Able to occasionally work evenings and weekends when necessary
Able to travel periodically for off-site analysis and training
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $45-$52/hr.
