Temporary HR & Reception Support Specialist (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $21-$25 per hour

We're seeking an organized and personable professional to join our client's team in a dual-capacity role-providing front-desk reception coverage while supporting key functions within the Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Data Support
- Enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR systems (HRIS)
- Generate routine reports and assist with record accuracy
- Provide support for HRIS training and process documentation
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Maintain organized records for audits and compliance checks
- Assist in updating and distributing HR policies
- Ensure documentation meets internal and legal standards
Mobility, Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Support documentation and communication for payroll and global mobility processes
- Track employee benefits and leave requests
- Respond to employee inquiries and route complex questions appropriately
Employee Engagement & Office Support
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for HR-related questions
- Participate in HR initiatives, safety committee activities, and employee events
- Provide coverage and support for the reception area as needed
Reporting & Analytics
- Compile data for monthly and quarterly HR reports
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement within HR operations
