Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and not afraid of a little cold? Our client is looking for a Freezer Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced cold storage environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This is a bus line accessible role located near Schenectady, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and stage frozen products accurately for customer orders.
Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment.
Keep the freezer and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
Track and report inventory levels and discrepancies.
Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Aptitudes Requises
Qualifications:
Previous freezer or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable working in cold conditions (as low as -10°F) for long periods.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet productivity goals.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to consistent attendance.
Pay for this position starts at $18/hr.
