Position Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Latham, NY (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Overview
A leading technology-focused organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its IT team near Albany, NY. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer who enjoys designing and building high-performance web applications that drive business growth and deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create fast, secure, and scalable web solutions that support a global digital ecosystem. You'll play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing performance, and mentoring other developers within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain interactive web applications, APIs, and data-driven algorithms.
Write clean, secure, and maintainable code that aligns with business and technical requirements.
Develop and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and browser compatibility.
Implement technical best practices to ensure high-quality, reliable, and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences under tight deadlines.
Lead or contribute to development projects from concept through deployment.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code integrity and performance standards.
Requisitos
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining web applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
Proven ability to build scalable, load-balanced web applications.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and testing tools/frameworks.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to clean coding standards and secure development practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex technical challenges quickly.
Experience collaborating within a fast-paced, agile development team.
Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to take ownership of projects and mentor others.
