We are seeking a polished, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our client's team located near Ballston Spa, NY. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This role supports senior management and multiple departments, requiring excellent judgment, organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities of the Receptionistwill include:
Greet and welcome visitors; direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer and manage two phone lines in a friendly and professional manner
Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
Operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, and computers
Provide administrative support across several departments
Manage conference room calendars and prepare rooms for meetings
Maintain accurate record keeping
Order and track office supplies
Handle mailing and shipping needs
Assist with travel arrangements and special projects as assigned
Run occasional errands to support office operations
Requisitos
Qualifications of the Receptionist:
Associate's Degree required
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional, polished, and dependable demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks
Self-motivated, reliable, and credible with a proactive work ethic
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Flexible and open to taking direction from multiple staff members
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $20-24/hr.
