What You'll Do

• In this role, you'll be at the center of our Service Department operations, working with cross-functional teams including Service Management, Field Engineers, Finance, and Logistics. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing and maintaining ERP database systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handling service agreements, order processing, contract coverage review, and service quotations.
• Monitoring and verifying KPI data and preparing reports for leadership.
• Supporting logistics with cycle counts, shipping, and receiving.
• Tracking the status of maintenance agreements.
• Assisting with process optimization and identifying improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Performing additional administrative support tasks as needed.
