Pay: $30–35/hr based on experience, plus benefits
 Location: Washington County, NY
 Travel: Regular local and some overnight travel within New York State as required

Experience: 5+ years of relevant technical experience

Our client is seeking a skilled Access Control Technician to install and service gate operators, access control equipment, and related hardware. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills who enjoys working independently, problem-solving, and taking on new challenges daily.

This role requires frequent local travel throughout New York State, including some overnight travel when needed.

Responsibilities of the Access Control Technician will include:

• Install, service, and repair hydraulic and mechanical gate operators, access control units, and related equipment.
• Perform electrical work on components including circuit boards, control boards, and ancillary devices.
• Install or repair underground wiring and conduit.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA, UL 325, and all company safety compliance standards.
• Maintain expenses and inventory within established company guidelines.
