    Are you an energetic Project Architect looking to expand your career and work on exciting projects both regionally and across the United States? Our client's growing firm, located near Albany, NY, is involved in some of the area's most notable projects, with a portfolio of innovative and exciting ventures in various stages of design. Join their dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking commercial and retail architecture.
     
    Responsibilities of the Project Architect will include:
    • Site master planning, building space planning, and interior design
    • Exterior building design and construction documents
    • Manage and prepare project schedules
    • Coordinate with consultant teams and assign project tasks
    • Interface with clients and provide clear communication throughout project phases
    • Prepare sketches, mark up plans, and review/redline construction documents
    • Conduct and attend client presentations
    • Lead other project-related tasks to ensure success

     
    Aptitudes Requises
     

    Qualifications of the Project Architect:
    • Architecture degree
    • 1-10+ years of relevant professional experience
    • Knowledge of NY Building Codes and ADA regulations
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and design skills
    • Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
    • Ability to work well with others and manage multiple tasks
     
    Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $50,000 - $100,000.
