Positions Available:

We are seeking a Temporary IT Support Technician to assist with an upcoming technology project. This role involves hands-on technical support, software installations, and equipment setup in a professional environment located near Hudson, NY.

Responsibilities of the Temporary IT Support Technician will include:

Unbox and set up IT equipment, breaking down packaging for disposal
Perform equipment inventory and documentation
Install and validate software applications
Support Windows 11 imaging and migration from Windows 10
Deploy and configure new devices while retiring older assets
Provide on-site technical assistance for system upgrades and installations

Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Temporary IT Support Technician:

Experience working with Chromebooks
Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflow tracking
Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, Chrome OS, Google Workspace, and macOS
Knowledge of projectors, smartboards, and interactive flat panels
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Background check required

This position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour.
