Great opportunity with one of the fastest growing manufacturers in the country! Our client is seeking a temporary Shipping & Receiving Associate. Although this is a temporary position, there is some potential for it to become a permanent for an outstanding candidate. This role is located near the Ballston Spa, NY area.

Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Associate will include:

Receive and inspect incoming parts, verify receipts against purchase orders, and ensure quantity and quality of parts
Prepare and ship orders
Report damaged goods and shortages
Pull parts and deliver within the facility
Maintain accurate inventory, receive incoming parts into computer system, and stock accurately
Pick orders manually and using a forklift
Assist with location updates and cycle counts
Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the role of Shipping & Receiving Associate:

Previous experience in a similar role
Comfortable working with computer systems, including Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Good communication skills
High School Diploma/GED
Able to stand throughout shift
Able to lift up to 50lbs

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $19-20/hr.
