Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am (Overtime as needed)

We have an exciting Extrusion Machine Operator opportunity for a reputable manufacturing company in Waterford, NY. Responsibilities of the Extrusion Machine Operator will include:
- Execute daily handoffs to day shift by communicating production rates and operational status
- Lead shift team utilizing quality principles with an emphasis on continuous improvement
- Distribute and monitor work orders to team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S principles
- Safely operate extrusion or molding equipment and build product per work instructions
- Impart quality into every part through attention to detail and execution of in-process control plans
- Complete daily and weekly preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Ensure accurate manufacturing transactions in the MRP system
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and continuous improvement projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
