⭐ Assembler - 1st Shift ⭐ Location: Waterford, NY Pay: $18.50/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-hire

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality products.This is a 1st Shift role with excellent potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities of the Assembler will include:
Utilize MRP system to view work orders and work instructions
Build product per work order using plastic fabrication techniques (welding, routing, cutting, bending/shaping)
Carton and label finished goods
Follow documented quality procedures and maintain high quality standards for all parts manufactured
Accurately enter manufacturing transactions into the MRP system
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Assist in maintaining equipment and sanitation following 5S principles
Support cycle counting of inventory and tight inventory control
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications for the role of 1st Shift Assembler:
Commitment to workplace safety
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification in plastic or metal welding/fabrication preferred
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong customer focus and goal orientation
Sustained attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to follow instructions
