Responsibilities of the Senior Accountantwill include:
Prepare journal entries based on business data and ensure accurate ledger postings
Compile and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with accounting standards
Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support tax return preparation and ensure adherence to tax regulations
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation
Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making
Contribute to ongoing improvements in accounting processes and operational efficiency
Embrace additional tasks as needed, supporting the team's mission to drive excellence and positively impact customers
Aptitudes Requises
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting background preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, up to $95,000.
