Are you a people-person with a knack for design or an interest in home décor? A well-established showroom near Albany, NY is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate will include:

Welcome and assist both retail and commercial customers in the showroom
Recommend products, fixtures, and layout ideas to suit various styles and needs
Prepare quotes and follow up on open opportunities
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
Drive sales and take advantage of commission-based incentives

Requisitos

Qualifications of the Sales Associate:

Experience in retail sales is helpful, but not required—we'll train the right candidate
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers for basic tasks like order entry and quotes
Motivated to learn products and solutions
Team-oriented with a focus on hitting goals and delivering great results

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $45,000 - $50,000 + commission.
