    We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our client's production team in a refrigerated food manufacturing environment. This temporary position, located near Hudson, NY, offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting - with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

     

    Responsibilities of the Production Associate will include:

    • Package and box finished products for customer orders.
    • Operate as part of an assembly line team producing products.
    • Meet daily production targets and timelines.
    • Adhere strictly to workplace safety and sanitation procedures.

     
    Job Requirements
     

    Qualifications of the Production Associate:

    • Prior experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse work is a plus.
    • Familiarity with food safety protocols is preferred but not required-training provided.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a team setting and follow instructions carefully.
    • Comfortable working in cold conditions and performing repetitive physical tasks.


    Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $21/hr.
