Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for customer service? We're looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver onsite IT support to a diverse range of users and environments located near Albany, NY. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, providing support for Office 365 and mobile devices, and ensuring seamless user experiences across client sites.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician will include:

Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, operating systems, and peripheral devices
Assist users with Office 365 applications; familiarity with Google Apps is a plus
Handle support tickets efficiently and perform routine system maintenance
Work independently at client locations, managing time and tasks effectively
Maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor in all interactions

Requisitos

Qualifications of the Field Service Technician:

1-3 years of desktop support or similar technical experience
Solid understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
Proficiency with Office 365; experience with Google Apps is a bonus
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and configurations
Ability to support and troubleshoot mobile devices
Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $20-$25/hr.
