Our well-established client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Full time opportunity in the Colonie area.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:
Receive and process customer supply orders.
Generate quotes for supply orders requested by customers.
Handle incoming service calls from customers.
Monitor and manage shipments, addressing any order-related issues.
Provide phone-based troubleshooting assistance to customers for service-related issues. Additionally, support the Administration Team with various tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Prior experience in providing customer service.
Skilled in computer usage for data entry and management purposes.
Knowledgeable in utilizing phone systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated individual
Detail oriented and deadline driven
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $40,000 to $45,000.
