Salary: $65,000 - $80,000/year, based on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Experience: 4+ years of maintenance/millwright supervision required

Responsibilities of the Millwright Supervisor:
- Supervise daily activities of maintenance and millwright crews
- Assign tasks based on skillsets and ensure efficient resource usage
- Oversee project materials, delivery, and installation logistics
- Perform quality checks and ensure work aligns with specs and safety standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to assist with installations
- Develop and manage crew schedules and resource planning
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and lead by example
- Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and support training
