Our well-established client, located near Albany, NY, is currently seeking a hybrid Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney will include:

Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting demands and responses.
Conduct and manage depositions.
Perform thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
Manage case files and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective client representation.

Requisitos

Qualifications of the Associate Attorney:

1-3 years of experience as a licensed attorney in New York State, with previous experience in civil litigation.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $70,000 - $90,000.
