    Our well-established client, located near Albany, NY, is currently seeking a hybrid Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience to join their dynamic team.     Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney will include:

    • Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting demands and responses.
    • Conduct and manage depositions.

    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective client representation.

     
    Job Requirements
     

    Qualifications of the Associate Attorney:

    • 1-3 years of experience as a licensed attorney in New York State, with previous experience in civil litigation.
    • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

     

    Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $70,000 - $90,000.
