One of our customers is searching for an Account Support Specialist.
One of our clients is looking for a candidate to provide customer support to their sales team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to a current client base and deliver excellent service to the customer base. Some duties will be to support quotations, conflict resolution, deliverables, and present offers to the customers. The individual will act as a liaison between the supply base and internal departments delivering service to the customers. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years’ experience in a sales support role. This position will be focusing on retention rather than new business development. Candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, organization, and be able to exceed customer expectations.
