Job Description

One of our customers is searching for a Human Resource Administrator to fill their job need.  The job entails the following responsibilities:
  • Upload interview notes into system as required.
  • Schedule interviews (internal/ external)
  • Assist in the process of temporary staffing
  • Assist in new hire paperwork, orientation, benefit forms, etc.
  • Verify system updates (Kronos / Ultipro)
  • Resume screening
  • Work with internal team to ensure timely accuracy of processing payroll
  • Monitor weekly headcount


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and reliable on completing the assigned tasks.
