One of our customers is searching for a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Rep
Responsibilities:
* Act as the key point of contact for all customer activities and communication.
* Communicates customers' needs throughout the organization. Seeks to understand problems and constraints, and then creatively resolves issues.
* Review customer demand planning tools and enter purchase orders into ERP system.
* Create production jobs after researching customer order history, job production history, current production schedule, and inventory.
* Maintain customer records by updating ERP information and completing electronic retention.
* Participate in weekly conference call with customers to understand their expedite order needs and near term production requirements.
* Work with operations to optimize production schedule to meet customers' requirements.
* Prepare proof-of-delivery documents as required.
* Issue Return Good Authorizations, follow-up on receipt and returns to customer.
