Job Responsibilities
New Hires:
Orientations
Preparing paperwork
Backgrounds, drug testing, offer letters, etc.
ADP:
Set up new hires
Help employees with password resets
Help employees with vacation requests
Help employees with benefit inquires (QEs)
Make changes (ex: employment changes, title changes, mgr changes, add titles)
Run reports (weekly attendance report, weekly headcount report, monthly bday and anniversary report, misc. reports for projects)
Changes to employee's status, setting up codes, etc.
BENEFITS:
Helping employees with benefit questions
Reviewing the weekly EOI reports for updates
Review and audit monthly bills from carriers for accuracy (UHC, Guardian)
Updating changes in ADP
Open enrollment assistance for employees, including setting up benefits, reviewing changes, running reports, walking employees through changes, misc. benefits projects required (NOV, DEC, JAN)
HR MISC:
Filing
Making announcements/postings (meetings, bday/anniversary), meetings
Following up with employees for questions (address changes, general HR questions)
LMS – employee assistance and password resets
Send timesheets to agencies and prepare Excel temp log spreadsheet (weekly)
Preparing write-ups for employees (weekly) & maintain disciplinary tracker log
Running and prepping Excel Attendance report for me (weekly)
Posting jobs to Ohio Means Jobs, reviewing resumes, contacting employees or candidates as needed
Misc. projects as needed
Job Requirements
Top Skills Needed: ADP, Workforce, MSWord, Excel, high confidentiality, ability to be flexible, prefer someone in manufacturing background, and able to work independently
Work Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm *
*Can be flexible on the Wednesday schedule but prefer the Monday schedule due to new hires, temp timesheets due, reports due, etc.
