Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Electrical Assembler to join our panel shop team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical aptitude who is comfortable using basic tools and working from drawings. This is a great opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment and gain experience in electrical assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
Drill and cut holes in electrical enclosures based on layout drawings
Use hand tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other shop equipment
Assist with panel preparation and basic assembly tasks
Perform light mechanical work and hand machining as needed
Follow instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Basic experience with hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read and follow basic drawings or layouts
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to work in a team environment
