Summary
Our customer manufacture high performance industrial printing solutions. They design and produce advanced thermal printers, cut-sheet and continuous-fee laser printers, mobile printers, and production print systems.
Responsibilities
* Provide advanced in house bench support, performing technical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of installed printer systems.
* Deliver remote troubleshooting support to customers and third party service technicians
* Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related printer issues in high production environments
* Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of customer equipment.
* Accurately document and troubleshoot processes, root cause findings, corrective actions, and final resolutions.
* Access and apply firmware updates, drivers, technical documentation, an knowledge base resource to support issues.
