Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures
Perform control panel assembly and point-to-point wiring using measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
Install a variety of electronic components
Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation
Rework/repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
Perform work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe fashion
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of electrical assembly experience
4+ years of experience with electro-mechanical hardware assembly and testing
Excellent attention to detail with ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
