Our customer is searching for an Electrical Assembler.  The required qualifications for the position are as following:

 

Duties/Essential Job Functions

    

• Daily QC checks of completed assemblies. Note discrepancies on Quality improvement sheet.
• Build and test all assemblies and systems per established specifications and procedures
• Perform control panel assembly and point-to-point wiring
• Install a variety of electronic components
• Utilize wire strippers ,screwdrivers ,soldering irons ,drill 
• Work from electrical schematics , blueprints , and wire drawings

 

Equipment Used

• Measuring tools, hand tools, power tools, etc.
• PC"s, label printers and test fixtures
• Soldering/de-soldering tools, flux, mask and wick.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years 'hands on' experience in assembling/testing of electro-mechanical hardware to include one year experience with electrical assembly.
• Demonstrated proficiency with mechanical assembly techniques, use of mechanical fasteners.
• Demonstrated proficiency with diverse hand-tools and power tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electrical assembly and wiring technique.
• Ability to interact with a computer terminal.
