A growing company that’s involved in the recycling business is seeking a dynamic Office Manager/Administrative Assistant.
 
Responsibilities:
▪ Open and close office
▪ Manage daily operations
▪ Manage and track documents
▪ Prepare correspondence and reports, as needed
▪ Monitor and respond to emails
▪ Create folders on iCloud
▪ Manage Live Chat
▪ Assist with on-line marketing and sales
▪ Answer phones and respond to inquiries

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
▪ 3-5 years’ relevant experience
▪ Must be tech savvy
▪ Excellent multitasking skills and organizational skills
▪ Stellar communication skills
▪ Energetic, proactive and a self-starter
▪ A desire to learn and grow
▪ Environmentally conscious
