Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Loans Administrator
 
SAP Project Support (Manual Data Conversion Activities)

Job Summary:
The public sector bank has embarked on a major transformation project which will change the way the agency does business for the future. They are upgrading and migrating their current state system to SAP. All the back office financial operations will be driven through the new future state SAP system. The project has an activity that requires business support; however, they need someone who can assist with the business and support data conversion activities.
 
Job Functions:
▪ This individual must have experience with analyzing commercial loans documentation
▪ Ability to analyze all necessary financial closing documents, commercial notes and statement data
▪ The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing mortgage notes and other real estate loan documentation
• The project team will instruct what data needs to be extracted from those documents and entered in a formatted spreadsheet. This includes and not limited to the following:
--Loan details
--Start and end dates
--Calculations rates
--Review documents and manually enter data from them into an XLS spreadsheet
--Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience in business, finance or related field, or equivalent experience in the industry
• 5 years in the mortgage loan or banking industry in commercial real estate
• Knowledge of banking industry
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Strong Excel skills are critical for succeeding in this role
• Solid computer skills are a must
