Alphanumeric is hiring a DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR in Lake Mary, FL

Responsibilities/Duties
  • Include but are not limited to prepare, process, manage, and track lifecycles of documents; 
  • maintain document records; 
  • create/generate reports; 
  • document processes/procedures; 
  • assist with access to document storage systems; 
  • collaborate when necessary for process improvement; 
  • assist/facilitate internal trainings, and any other functions related to meeting ISO standards.

 
Job Requirements

 



Qualifications:
* Experience with supporting a project management team
* Attention to detail
* Perform Data Entry and Quality Checks
* Ability to identity and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records
* Ability to prioritize based on business needs
* Effective communicator
* This could include anyone from Executive Management to the Client. Candidate must be comfortable       communicating at all levels.
* Ability to work well with a team, and individually
* Due to the sensitive nature of document content, respecting and adhering to confidentiality is a must
* Ability to adapt to new systems
* Organizational skills
* Creative thinking for process improvement
* Great writing skills for documenting processes and procedures
* Public Speaking for internal trainings
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience:
* 2-3 years of related experience is preferred
* GED/High School Diploma
