Alphanumeric Systems, Inc is hiring a Medical Engagement Project Coordinator in RTP, NC.

The US Medical Engagement Project Coordinator role is instrumental in supporting the operational tasks associated with medical engagement activities.  Such activities include, but are not limited to professional congresses, sponsored medical education, consultancies, and advisory boards.  
 
This fast paced role will work directly with the Therapeutic Area Director/Leads responsible for engagement strategy and strategic planning of US Medical engagement activities.  The Project Coordinator will provide support focusing on administrative and logistical responsibilities necessary to successfully deliver a high-quality events.

Job Description:
  • Supports the planning, development and execution of key medical events and educational activities in line with all compliance, SOPs, pharmaceutical standards and LOC standards and identifies for the director any specific challenges/issues with plans
  • Handles wide range of activities including internal approval processes, organizing logistics for medical for pre and post briefings, developing internal communications for the TA director, compiling transfers of value to organizations and HCPs, and necessary due diligence on third parties.
  • Works with director to provide assistance working with third party vendors to ensure all necessary contracts are in place and are compliant with the relevant code of practice requirements, and ensure delivery of services. 
  • Assist with the review and submission of materials aligned to sponsored medical education and congress activities.
  • Helps develop calendar of events and sessions" grid with TA Scientific staff for select congresses
  • Ensures master files and calendar are maintained, congress measurements/metrics are completed and documentation is collected and supports director in keeping stakeholders updated on procedures to ensure congresses are delivered in an ethical and compliant manner
  • Tracks spend of Medical activities to the respective activity budget and raises concerns in a timely fashion
  • Tracks milestones and deliverables for each medical engagement activity

 
Job Requirements

 

Job Requirements:
  • Executive Meeting and/or Event Management experience required
  • Knowledge of Medical Affairs, Professional Congresses, Advisory Boards, Speakers Bureau, or Medical Operations
  • Time Management; ability to work in a time sensitive environment
  • Project Management Skills - Ability to complete tasks for multiple projects in various stages
  • Strong experience with Excel and Smartsheets, Teams or other collaboration tools
  • Ability to work in multiple systems 
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Track record of success working in teams
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to deliver a consistent approach
