Alphanumeric is hiring an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work part-time(30 hours per week) in Raleigh, NC. This will be a Hybrid role working some days or hours in the office.
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Company CEO and will provide high value-add, direct support to the Executives. The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, the ability to work under pressure, and a relentless desire to deliver in a manner that exceeds expectations. Must have a positive, can-do attitude, a high level of professionalism and proactiveness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting, travel and appointment scheduling
Email retrieval and responses as needed
Office management needs; (lobby maintenance, supplies for mail room and kitchen, copier maintenance, building alarm system, etc.)
Assist employees with mailing needs
Coordinate company events
Control meeting room calendaring
Front lobby greeting including guests and delivery vendors
Perform administrative support as requested by the executives including creating/editing/maintaining documents and reports using standard computer applications.
Associates Degree + 1-2 years previous experience as Administrative Assistant
For hybrid working: Ergonomic home office that is quiet, has highspeed internet, and is free from distractions
Proficient use of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Accurate typing, editing and proofreading skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Must be able to preserve and protect highly confidential information
Maintain Board Room accommodation
Experience working in a team setting
Ability to work under pressure especially during growth periods
Ability to provide intelligent solutions under limited time constraints
Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication skills
