Alphanumeric is currently seeking eager and motivated individuals to work in the constantly progressing world of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. We are specifically hiring Patient Care Advisors in North Carolina. This is a great opportunity to get started in a career with a world leading life sciences company.


This position will be fully remote. The Patient Care Advisor will work as part of a cohesive team in providing excellent service in answering incoming calls from healthcare professionals as well as consumers and providing in-depth information and specific product and/or corporate knowledge to customers. Ideal candidates must possess strong technical and computer skills along with the ability to use multiple systems to extract and communicate information and are also charged with building and strengthening customer relationships, obtaining strategic information, demonstrating broad knowledge, and providing appropriate product information.


Key Responsibilities:


* The Patient Care Advisor will be responsible for the resolution of customer issues that will involve extensive analysis, research, and problem-solving skills

* Responsible for accuracy in delivering and communicating information

* Responsible for learning, understanding and then being able to communicate in-depth information and specific product and/or corporate knowledge.

* Responsible for strengthening and building customer relationships

* Responsible for communicating appropriately with all levels of team management as well as with co-team members

* Must have a positive attitude and have a willingness to learn new things

* Following policy and procedure

 
Job Requirements

 

Education and/or Experience:

* Associates Degree preferred but not required. Minimum of High School Degree with experience in a pharmaceutical contact center
* Previous experience as at a Call Center, Help Desk or other phone related customer service type role is required
* Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment with a team mindset
* Preferred but not required: previous work within the pharmaceutical industry and are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
* Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude and open-mind to learning
* Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
* Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Effective Communication: Ability to interact with all types of individuals
* Adept in Microsoft Office Suite with expert level Excel skills
