What You'll Do
As a Biopharm Manufacturing Associate II, you'll support upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations by:
Performing production activities including fermentation, cell culture, solution preparation, filtration, chromatography, and concentration processes
Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment
Completing manufacturing tasks in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation requirements
Preparing, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and production areas
Performing autoclave operations and parts washing of process assemblies
Monitoring critical process parameters and assisting with troubleshooting activities
Supporting engineering, validation, and technology transfer activities
Participating in safety, compliance, deviation investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Technical Operations teams
Maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity in accordance with cGMP requirements
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or another scientific discipline with cGMP manufacturing experience
OR Associate's degree in Biotechnology or a related technical field with cGMP manufacturing experience
OR High School diploma/GED with at least one year of cGMP manufacturing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and documentation practices
Experience with fermentation, cell culture, chromatography, filtration, or downstream manufacturing operations
Familiarity with SAP, Electronic Batch Records (EBR), or other manufacturing systems
Experience supporting validation, engineering, or technology transfer activities
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
