Compensation Options
Choose the compensation structure that works best for you:
Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)
- $35 per 30-minute treatment session
- $70 per evaluation (negotiable based on experience)
Guaranteed Hourly Rate
- $32-$41 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers
- Maintain timely documentation and treatment records
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists
- Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives
