Alphanumeric is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in Lumberton, NC with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
  • Equivalent hourly rate: $33.65 - $40.87 per hour
  • Flexible compensation options available:
    • Guaranteed hourly rate
    • Pay-per-visit (PPV)
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
  • Help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
  • Educate families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs

Requisitos

 

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required (or Bachelor's degree accepted if grandfathered through accreditation standards)
  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License
  • Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
