Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
- Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
- Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture
