Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team

Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals
Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain)
Pediatric therapy experience required
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Passion for supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians
